"Blair Builders did quite an extensive remodel/update on my 40 year old home. This included a new porch where the old deck had been, a completely new kitchen, new trim work throughout most of the house and the addition of a sewing room and laundry room. Not to mention the little extras I kept adding. Blair did custom cabinets in the kitchen and laundry room and built in shelving in the sewing room. His craftsmanship is outstanding. His work meticulous.

This was a big project but Blair kept everything moving smoothly and the end result was well worth the time invested. "Blair Builders has recently completed the construction of our new home. The process from day one was incredibly satisfying. Blair and Elizabeth are a true "Chip and Joanna Gaines" team who made every step of the process easy and comfortable. The process was quite intimidating for 2 people who had never done anything like this before but from the detailed blueprint down to the last light switch they were there holding our hands, answering phones calls, texts and emails at a very timely manner.

Blair and Elizabeth were very patient with us. We never felt rushed or that we were being swayed in a direction we weren't happy with. They went above and beyond with they're professionalism and expertise. I can't say enough about Blair Builders and their building team members. "We were first-timers in building a home.  We went through a Blair Builders Parade Home, and liked everything about it.  That put Blair on our short list.  After interviewing a number of builders, we went through a couple of additional homes that Blair had under construction, and again, liked what we saw and found Blair to be “down-to-earth” and easy to talk to and deal with.  That helped us make the decision to go with Blair.  He also told us about a new development that had great lots available, so we viewed that with Blair, and found a lot that was exactly what we were looking for.  We found our builder, and found our lot.

We met with Blair and Elizabeth Hoezee a number of times to learn about every phase of the building process, including hiring an Architect, budgeting, and the construction timetable.  Throughout the building process we continued to meet with Blair and Elizabeth, and found them to be very responsive to all our questions and concerns, and the changes we made along the way.  Elizabeth was invaluable to us in the selection of all the finishes throughout the house - flooring, paint, tile, kitchen appliances, countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, you name it!  She also was a great help in selecting decor, from furniture to wall decor, all the way to helping with “ knickknacks” for the built-ins.  Even after the project was completed, Blair and Elizabeth have been very responsive to any questions or concerns we have had.  

We are very happy to not just recommend, but to highly recommend Blair Builders to anyone looking to build a new home or do a large re-modeling project.  It was a wonderful experience!"
